Product Claims: Instantly Brightens Eyes with Intense Dimensional Sparkle. Long Wear, No Budge Glimmer without Fallout. Foolproof application.
I would agree that the fairy lights brightens the eyes with intense sparkle. It most definitely was long wearing, I have worn it all day. It did not budge, smudge, and I did not experience fallout. However, I had a difficult time with the shade Crystaline…. The white one pictured above. As you can see in the swatch it comes off a little patchy. On the eyes it is the same thing, and whenever I tried to go over it a second time, the patchiness remained and probably got worse. Crystaline and I did not get along.
The Bare Brilliance, the gold shade was beautiful and applied effortlessly. I was able to apply a second coat if needed without it getting clumpy or patchy. This has been one of my favorite go to looks. Some have indicated this is a dupe for Stila. I have to say I disagree, the formula does not compare, however, I would absolutely repurchase the Pixi to save that extra money. I was very happy with how this one performed. I do not know if the shade Crystaline was a bad one??? I know I won’t pay for another, but I absolutely would try all the other shades, and I would repurchase Bare Brilliance.
Overall: When calling this a Stila dupe, I say NOPE. Stila is still my favorite. But the Fairy Lights is a more affordable option and so far, the best I have tried in the drugstore by far.
